icyj
Go to Start -> Run, then type regedit to open the registry editor. Now navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\FontSubstitutes Now double click on "MS Shell Dlg" and put in the font style you want as the value. Then double click on "MS Shell Dlg 2" and again put in the font style you want as the value. After you are finished, restart your pc. Just a note, make sure you enter a font that is installed on your computer, to see a list of available fonts, go to C:\WINDOWS\Fonts . Hope someone will find this useful :D

spex04
This changes fonts throughout the whole system. For example, look below, the highlighted bit is where the font has changed. It's not only this window, but loads of others, if you change it, you'll notice the difference somewhere. edit: dreamz beat me to it :p
icyj
Yeah, as was already mentioned, this changes the font system-wide. Taskbar, explorer windows, ect... Didn't notice this was already posted either (as dreamz mentioned), or I would not have posted it again. Sorry

zeta
Is there any way to also set a font size? If you set it to something like Frutiger Linotype Bold, the fonts look too big in places where it's used.

At 1600x1200 they are too small, but it's nice seeing a different font in those areas for once though.

If you set it to something like Frutiger Linotype Bold, the fonts look too big in places where it's used. 585908750[/snapback] The only way to achieve that is to convert the .ttf to a fixed .fon file. A .ttf font is scalable and you don't want that to happen with certain fonts, especially with pixel fonts. That's why the font i made is a .fon file fixed at 6px.... which let you set the font up to 10px anywhere in windows but remains displayed at 6px.
