I am going to be getting broadband soon, and I want an ADSL Modem/Router, like below, and the Picture. Please can you post a picture if possible, and the price, specs, and a link to the page it's available from.

I will have a 256kbps or 512kbps Connection, but it must allow future expansion.

It must have the following features:

== Inbult 4 Port Switch (For the 2 wired PC's, and any more to come).

== Able to play internet and LAN games like Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory (using port fowarding, or something like that).

== 802.11g Wi-Fi Connection (for the Dell Laptop).

== EASY configuration and setup through Internet Explorer or Firefox.

== Good Wi-Fi and Internet Security (So no one hijacks the Internet connection).

== Must allow things like MSN Messenger to work WITHOUT problems (Chat, Chat, Chat!).

== (OPTIONAL) Able to run a Web Server, like Apache, if I have a static IP (Uber-geeky!).

This must be available for about $200 (Australian) or less, from Harris Technology (www.ht.com.au) or IT warehouse (www.itwarehouse.com.au) (Both of which are based in Australia, country-wide.)

Thanks in Advance!

PS: If this has been posted before, please don't moan just to get your post count up.

I am thinking of getting the Linksys WRT54G Router, and a seprate ethernet modem. If this is a good idea, say so, because the Australian magazine APC has a special offer with this at the moment, offering it for only $99 (Australian), through Harris Technology.

The Linksys WRT54G or WRT54GS are great. I have the WRT54GS running the HyperWRT firmware. Most of the time my mom's system reads 125mbps instead of 54mbps. The speed transfering files wireless is about 120k. Never had a problem.
