Hiroyuki
Hi, Binary. Watercolor is the primary theme of my little PC. But I've encountered a probrem with checkbox on listview. At 16bit and 24bit color mode, the non-hilighted checkboxes on listview are always shown as unchecked state, irrespective of its real state. Please try following operation to see for the problem. Set color mode to 16 or 24 bit. Open Explorer. Menu - "View", and select the item with accelerator "C"(I don't know menu item string of English version) Is it fixable problem? My PC can't deal 32bit color, and I'd like to use Watercolor permanently. Sorry for my terrible English. Marduk
what I was really asking was what options you use. to get it super small in Win RAR. Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/32604-watercolor-v43/page/14/#findComment-513783 Share on other sites
Binary
what I was really asking was what options you use. to get it super small in Win RAR. it's just an sfx archive. I dont do anything out of the ordinary. My style is smaller than other's with more substyles, simply because I have optimized it (by indexing), which also makes it compress better. Animaniac
One thing i noticed after switching between the Windows Classic them and Binary's Watercolor theme is that the task text in the task bar is concatenated a bit prematurely; I think the taskbar would be far more attractive and more useable, if more of the text was displayed per element. Perhaps this has to do with the width of the border images for the taskbar. Binary, if you could improve this in your next revision, it would be very much appreciated. Thank you. Hope you get a chance to read this one lonely post out of hundreds. Thanks for a great theme, Binary. The vertical spacing is quite large, and the black arrow for hierarchical menus, when selected is not completely covered with the highlight. Thanks. Animaniac
The black arrow in the circle area seems to close to the edge of the blue selection highlight. The distance marked by the red line seems too large. Again, these comparisons are being made against the Windows Classic theme, which, I believe, is the most compact theme. These are all really nit-picky issues, but when a theme is this far along, those are the only problems left :) Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/32604-watercolor-v43/page/14/#findComment-516398 Share on other sites
Jessterw
For me the black arrow doesn't seem to be that close to the highlight's edge, but it still does seem a little too close. As far as the distance between menu items... I'm pretty sure Binary has addresses that "issue" before (basically it's not). Binary
I "may" have fixed your menu arrow bug animaniac. And I can make the items closer, but I just dont think it looks right, because the highlight will just miss the top and bottom of full 16 pixel icons.
