Synomenon
Ok, using what Aokromes gave us: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=$w works with just plain searches. When you try to search with quotation marks and plus signs and commas though, it doesn't work right. For example, when I try searching for: "Red Tide" this is what the search results page says I searched for: %22 Red+Tide%22 If I search for: Red+Tide or Red + Tide respectively, the search results page shows that I searched for these: Red%2BTide Red+%2B+Tide

ARAKC
I need HELP. I was using the new MSN Search Toolbar Suite with the TABS, etc... v.2.0.2 for the last few days. Yesterday, I had to restore my system to an earlier date which worked fine but MSN Search started giving error message for not being able to load the config file. I then, rolled back the restore but for some reason, MSN Search version was converted to 1.0.2217 I believe and now neither I can use the Desktop Search nor am able to install the new version. Whenever I try to install, it says that I have to uninstall the previous version but ADD/REmove is unable to install. I tried everything including removing all the key entries in registry, etc... but no luck! Does anybody know a trick to force the new Search Toolbar to install without checking the old version and trying to uninstall the old version (in my case old version does not work so I am without my desktop search that I really got used to!) Thanks for any help you can provide!!!!! PLEASEEEE!

Now that I've gotten the search part to how I like it and have now replaced Google Toolbar, I'm having problems with the tabs. Whenever I open a new tab, the screen flashes for a second and after the flash, the IE window is in ?restore down? form, but still the same size as if it were maximized. I would like it if the tab problem is fixed so that there is no screen flash and the IE window stays maximized. Also, a ?Search Site? function like Google Toolbar would be nice.
