ventrox
maybe it's not the right thread to ask, but is it possible to run FedoreCore4 on something like VirtualPC inside Windows? Jon 5
Well I know a lot of people have been waiting for this release. Fedora uses Gnome as the default WM right? Anyone tried using KDE in Fedora? Do you guys like Ubuntu or Fedora better and why? P.S. sorry those questions are a little off topic  Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/331694-fedora-core-4-released/#findComment-586057890 Share on other sites

P.S. sorry those questions are a little off topic  586057890[/snapback] Yes, Fedora uses Gnome as the default WM. KDE looks ugly in my opinion in any distro :x and the Ubuntu/Fedora question can be better answered by going to https://www.neowin.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=314058 ;) Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/331694-fedora-core-4-released/#findComment-586057899 Share on other sites

YBG
I'm not gonna say how I really feel about that comment since I'll probably get warned again  There was a port of the Milk visual style to gnome I think, but that's about it. It's more probable that Mac will put in command lines instead of Linux getting a "lickable GUI", and Mac implementing command lines has a pretty low probability. Mac OS X is based on unix and has a wonderful Terminal.
