I used to love the NBA but now with ANOTHER impending lockout and the stupid playoff format (it changes every round), I'm losing my interest. I have trouble with guys making $8 million per season being semi-pro but, hey, those high spending days are supposed to be over now. Still, I wouldn't complain if I made $5 million a season. They should go back to a best-of-5 first round and then 7 games after that. And what is the deal with the first 3 rounds being 2-2-1-1-1 and then the finals being 2-3-2?? Makes no damn sense at all. I agree with college football needing a playoff, but I also think if they would just get rid of the BCS nonsense and go back to the previous bowl system, it would be alot better.
