LOC Veteran Posted June 19, 2005 Veteran Share Posted June 19, 2005 Man, they'd literally have to pry the team from his cold dead fingers! I would never guess he'd give up the team unless he seriously wasn't able to do the job anymore. bangbang023 Veteran Posted June 19, 2005 Veteran Share Posted June 19, 2005 Oddly enough, I was just thinking about this this morning. I've had the good fortune to grow up a Yankee fan during the Steinbrenner era and it's been one hell of a ride. I really hope this son in law has the fire that George has. Last thing I want is to see someone more interested in making money for himself than giving NY the team we all want.
