Jesus, biased a bit? Considering you can't change your votes, people who changed are still locked in, which gives a false result, still, anything to make firefox seem more superior than it really is can't be helped, it's almost a sin to say otherwise.

what are the advantages of using Maxthon?

It's fast, light-weight, and loaded with features. It's incredibly customizeable, has the best ad-blocking and pop-up blocking, built-in RSS, powerful search/alias features, mouse gestures and enhanced Drag&Drop, it's own plugin architecture for things like the transparent PNG fix, and more...

I hear the next version (2.0) that's in private beta is going to be even better.

Main purpose (browsing): Firefox 1.5.0.1

For testing purposes (such as checking page rendering):

  • Opera 8.51 ITA
  • Opera 9 TP2
  • IE 6 in a Windows 2000 virtual machine
  • IE 7 Beta 2 here in WinXP PRO
  • Avant Browser (which is like IE)
  • SeaMonkey 1.0
  • Konqueror on Mandriva Linux 2006
  • Firefox 1.5 on Mandriva Linux 2006
  • IE 7 Beta 1 in Vista December CTP release (really ugly: has a lot of problems while rendering CSS-styled pages in Invision-based forums)
  • Firefox 1.5.0.1 in Vista December CTP

I'm on Safari at the moment (Firefox for OS X is bad, and Opera on OS X is bad as well (bad unicode handling, slow), and while Camino is good, until it has better native widget rendering and some font issues are fixed (and some css bugs in Gecko are fixed) i will be staying with safari)
