He uses the images of the icons within the shellstyle to represent the folder background for the my docs/my pics/my music. Just look at the screenshots he has provided. The icons he is using to do that are created by someone else for an entirely different purpose. So unless he got permission to use them, he cannot use them in this VS when he releases it. Otherwise it would be considered a rip. The theme itself is ok, but the start menu could use some work. The graphics don't fit with each other, they are boxy and edgy.
