The VS isn't even his, it's his friends. Honestly, I don't think Warner Brothers would care about the theme. If the rumor is true about the icons, get your friend to get permission to use the icons from the creator and just submit the theme to every vs site. Over at WC, he has figured out that he can't release his windowblind version because he couldn't get the permission of The Skins Factory to use their images in his skin. So that means he can't release the VS also because it is the same thing.
