I play CS:S pretty frequently (in fact i am waiting for the next round as i type this) and i wish more people would be on the Neowin server. The most i had ever seen on it is two, when i tried to join, 1 left, then 2 rounds later the other one left. I usually end up playing on my usual server (GameServerHQ.com 63.251.203.2, which almost always has some people on it and is at full capacity during peak times) but i would like to play against some fellow Neowinians, so everyone lets try to play on this server more often. Once we get quite a few then we should start seeing some nice numbers playing on the server. Right now, most people just assume that it's empty now.
