The Capitol Building and a couple of surrounding buildings are heavily pixelated, they are obviously out of focus compared to nearby buildings. Ever see how Saddam hid his tanks? That helps avoid radar detection. If you notice the info posted is basically from 1998, 7 years ago...a lifetime in aircraft technology. I have read, from less than classified sources, that the aircraft eventually proved to be more trouble than it was worth. I went out to Freedom Ridge just before the US Govt. bought all that land to keep people off Freedom Ridge. It's a super secret place that I've had the pleasure of seeing. Here's a list of things I've seen (Place wise) NSA Quantico, VA (FBI and CIA training) Area 51 Offutt, A.F.B. (all the USAF Cryptos and hackers work here) Edwards A.F.B.
