nice , this sure beats the x600 i had before, so should be pc be able to run pretty much any game out and coming out soon? I would say its high spec compared with most peoples i know :)

I got 43.something at 1280x1024. This is on an XP 1800+, with a GeForce 4 ti4200.

Seems to me with computers that are like 4 years newer and cost about 4 times as much, you should get 4 times the fps, no?

Or maybe you should just stop worrying about it and play the game.

Yer, I would say your comp will handle future games like Unreal3 FEAR S.T.A.L.K.E.R. etc some on medium some on High. :)

Or maybe since we like to play the game at full detail with AA/AF and we want the best performance from DX9 Rendering?.. maybe you should go to another thread and not troll.

Upgrade mine then, then you'll have plenty to work on.

only if your paying

hate to even think how much my pc cost me, but as ive been upgrading it a bit at a time it doesnt seem so bad if you know what i mean.

???

Am I the only one who thinks this score is not good?

I have very similar specs to you (same CPU & Ram), except I have a 6800 Ultra, and I get somewhere in the 100 fps area. That is also at 1280 * 1024 with my default 6xAA & 8xAF. Reflections set to the 2nd highest (all i think, not world), so unless I just remember terribly wrong, I think something is up.

After I post this I am going to go run it for the hell of it, and I will post back with my exact results, maybe I am crazy and totally off, but I do not think so. I will post back in a litle while.

Seems lowish to me... get newest drivers and chipset drivers too

PS: did you try to unlock the 4 extra pipes?
