Is there anyway to improve ur hops cus im 5'8 and can almost touch rim but can definitly touch backboard.

Do a fair amount of Calve excersize...I used those "Jump Shoes" in high school. They are designed to put 100% of your body weight on your toes and make your use your calve muscles. Most of your jumping power comes from your Quads though...So if you improve your Quad strength that will help a ton. Most people stress of Calve power too much and don't realize the Quads provide most of your jumping power. ;)

Do this and your guaranteed to be dunking soon.

I can't believe all the people that can only dunk at 8'. :blink:

I'm 5'9 and can dunk at 9 1/2'. Of course, I have big hands and can palm a basketball easily. I've dunked on a 10' goal before, but that's been a few years and a few pounds ago. Funny what age does to ya... :pinch:
