Pete Zaria
That bite, as mugwhump said, is a Brown Recluse bite. They're called recluse's for a reason; they tend to keep to themselves. Bites are very rare. You have to **** them off to get bit. Even if you are bit, if you get the anti-venom (most hospitals keep some around) within about 12 hours, you'll be fine. I used to be really arachnophobic, so I studied spiders a bit. Now I can handle them. I don't really like them on me, but I don't mind if they're just near me. I squish em if they're in my house though :p I'm interested to know what kind of spider it is in the Iraqi video. I don't think its a camel spider, the body is too small. I thumbed through a book and didn't see anything very close. I'll say this much, that guy is a complete idiot, but I thank him kindly for this excellent opportunity to laugh at him. Peace, Pete Zaria.
bmbeeman
I wouldn't even put it in my mouth, let alone swallow it. Does sound like something a Marine would do though.
