Anyone can put anything in the WHOIS info. I can register windowsfiesta.com and put in Microsoft's contact info and nameservers. That proves absolutely nothing. I actually think it sounds nice :) Not an english name tough... as some have pointed, vista means "vision" or "sight" (that's portuguese or maybe some latin language like spanish).
