Windows X
it won't be faster since it's stuff created by DesktopX which mean you need newer version of DesktopX that is faster to base this on.
Antaris Veteran Posted July 27, 2005 Veteran Share Posted July 27, 2005 But this is a gadget, not a widget, so it shouldn't be dependant on DesktopX...

savourymonkey
Could someone tell me how it's possible to change the resources in this for personal mods, ie. change the png's ( I assume). Reshack and resedit are useless and when I unpack the exe, I'm only left with a dll that I don't really recognize and it's certainly not the loacation of the resources? It would be fun to play around with this, even if only for a bit of a laugh. It's a great breakthrough, and I'm very impressed. Thehours I've spent manipulating visual styles to give them some degree of transparency, and now I find that the answer was somewhere else all along. Great Work. Benotti
This thing defo has potential. As you mentioned yourself though, it still needs some work like icons, menu's etc Apart from that, I cant seem to maximize the windows, and I wonder whether it would be possible to make the background behind the glass blurry like in Vista? savourymonkey
Anybody tell me yet how to customize this? Sure someone must know. I'm not really familiar wih desktop x, although I have 2.0 on my system from ages ago. Still doesn't seem to help me edit this though. Just replacing png's would be enough.
