Deadlydread
last night on fox sport radio, they were taking about something then a caller said something about Mcnabb not bing good. but one of the host side McNabb being better then Brady, Mcnabb and P Manning being on top of the steps then Brady on 2nd steps with others. What do you guy think about that. and i need to get this out:NE has a better o-line their o-line is so under rated here are the # sacks Brady in 2004=26 2003=32 McNabb in 2004=32 in 2003=43 and McNabb can alot run better some might what about the rings, but a team one the rings. when the raiders played the bucks in that superbowl, the raiders had with about 5 mins to go and gannon tryed to make somehappen by him self and the bucks got 3 ints. 2 run back for a TD. and tom brady doesnt put the team on his back he knows the D will stop the next team 9 out of 10 times but many QBs but their team on their back and think he have to win it. and they try to make a play happen with 2 guys on a WR or some thing. the #s are about the same so im saying McNabb is a little better then brady but i will put manning brady and McNabb on the same step. Sorry but this needs to be said about Brady..... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HE GOT DECIMATED TODAY! 1 Int, 1 Fumble, not one pass over 15 yards, 4/13 3rd down eff. You could see it in his eyes... he was scared. Laughing-Man
Did I hear people dissing my boy McNabb after his 300 something throwing yards by the half and 5 TDs at the end of the game?! And McNabb is at his playmaking best when he scrambles. Again, he is trying to make himself a pure pocket passer and it's dumb.I agree he makes better plays on the run, but he is a damn good pocket passer also. The best was at my Eagles party today like we have every week, everyone could not believe their eyes when Mark Simoneau kicked the extra point. That was one of the most hilarious things I have seen in a long time. Almost as good as Randall Cunningham punting back in the day. bigbluepride35
Good ol' penalty prone Raiders. Two penalties have cost them a TD and about 35 yards on a kickoff lol. BroChaos Veteran Posted September 19, 2005 Author Veteran Share Posted September 19, 2005 all i have to say is that again, i'm completely shocked, 2 weeks in a row. NE looking that sloppy? cincy looking unstoppable? culpepper throwing 8 ints in 2 weeks? bigbluepride35
I guess that whole addition by subtraction thing about getting rid of Moss is now proven to be a bunch of BS. I think it was just Vikings fans trying desperately trying to convince themselves that losing arguably the best receiver in the NFL wasn't going to be a big deal lol. Man Carolina gameplanned perfectly. Never saw Brady look that bad. Not having a running game didn't help much but he looked lost out there at times. Congrats to them on a great win. Slightly concerned about NE's lack of a running game. Last week most of Dillon's yards were jsut grinding out the clock at the end and his stats today were abysmal. . . But not as bad as the Ravens! Jamal Lewis 10 rushes for 9 yards and a lost fumble. Yeah when Anthony Wright is throwing over 40 times you know you're in trouble. Damn Lewis is killing one of my fantasy teams too  . ****** lol. San Diego at 0-2? I really thought they'd redeem themselves this week. Tomlinson without a catch the first 2 games? I hope they're not trying to develop a more diverse passing game at his expense because he's been their bread & butter since he came into the league. Jacksonville is getting a wild-card spot. I'm calling it now. Leftwich is all heart. Today I thought we were gonna see a repeat of that Marshall game where his o-line carried him down the field to the huddle. Wait let me just make one condition. Leftwich can't miss time or my prediction is null and void. But if he stays healthy, they make the wild-card. Is Tampa already ready to make a run after the massive house cleaning Gruden pulled? Carnell Williams is the running threat they've lacked since Dunn and he looks awesome. sanctified Veteran Posted September 19, 2005 Veteran Share Posted September 19, 2005 bigbluepride35, almost agree on everything. But I think Tampa has never had a decent RB, Dunn was mediocre playing for them. Maybe the only good RB they had was Eric Rhett on his finest. Now Williams is proving himself to be the best Tampa offensive player on years. He and Alstott will dominate. It was obvious, since the last season, that he is not the same. The injury really mined his skills. Curse? Remember the last RB who went over 2000 yards? Terrell Davis, and the next season he suffered a terrible injury, just like Lewis  The difference is that Davis was actually going to be the best RB ever  I so frigging miss him. What happened to the days when he was 75% of the Ravens offense?! 586548799[/snapback] I don't want to hear anyone complain about guys killing any teams unless you have started Culpepper these last two weeks -like I have... :pinch: I have Carson Palmer as my #2, and I think he's getting the start next week. Then I suppsoe Culpepper will toss 400+yds, and 5 TDS - just watch. Laughing-Man
Yea your right, could Culpepper be any more opposite of what he was last season. I feel sorry for those who picked him in behind Manning and some cases McNabb. In one of my leagues where you can get negative points on players Culpepper was like -6 last week and -1 points this week. I am guessing in the coming weeks if he does not improve people are going to start saying he is nothing without Moss. That and the Packers doing bad also are what I think are the biggest suprises this season so far. sanctified Veteran Posted September 19, 2005 Veteran Share Posted September 19, 2005 Culpepper is showing a terrible prediction that turned out to be true: He is nothing without Moss. and Moss is doing just fine in Oakland. bigbluepride35
Another piece of evidence demonstrating the Vikings' ineptitude without Moss. They've had 24 offensive possessions so far this season and have turned the ball over 12 times. Yes, that's 50%! They're seriously screwed. The past two years they've gotten off to 6-1 starts and still not made the playoffs. Now they don't even have the nice cushion to blow lol. Look at it this way, the other recievers in Minn are better WR's than Collins is as a QB. Yet, the passign game in Minn is total crap, while Moss is doing things just like he always had. Not to mention, you would expect a reduction in performance from Moss since he is in a new system - but he's still pretty steady. I will say this, the loss of the O lineman (his name escapes me at the moment) is most likely a bigger blow to Culpepper's game than Moss leaving. Culpepper will do alot better its hard to pass after your used to passing the ball with 2 people on moss, by mid-season he will have the ball rolling if he RUNS more. bigbluepride35
Man, that was a crappy last 1:21 to the half for the Giants. Should've been able to put more points up on the board with the way they were moving and instead give up a FG. Stupid rookie mistake. Aaaaaaand Brunell just got himself knocked out of field goal range. edit> Didn't want to make a third straight post so just adding this here :p . Is ESPN.com having some issues? Yesterday and today their scoreboards kept giving errors. And for today, look at the Dallas-Washington box score. Anyone notice anything odd about the leading passer?
