lyunya Posted August 18, 2005 Share Posted August 18, 2005 I use the on board sound on the mother board. There was a optional windows update for it and so I installed it. THEN I got no sound. so I roll backed the driver, and everything was okay for a couple minutes. Untill the sound just went out again. I don't know what to do?!?! this is my motherboard: ASUSTeK Computer INC. P4T533-C this is what the on board sound driver is called: Intel® 82801BA/BAM AC'97 Audio Controller please help? Turns out that you have to update your Intel Chipset Driver before you install your Audio Drivers. Here's the driver page for your motherboard: P4T533-C Drivers.
