Google Instant Messenger? $100 Laptop?

Recommended Posts

i will use it if it can connect to msn, aol and yahoo. but i will try it out whatever happens, i really hope they have relevant text ads in the convo window that will be so cool im sure they will. it would be so cool if they are realtime so as you send each message the ads change depending on what you are chatting omg that would be amazing :)

and i hope it's optional or that i can reshack it because i don't want ads at all.

sure it might be an msn replacement but then again....its a communication tool...maybe its not an instant messenger....maybe its a whole new kind of messaging....i mean they are renound for doing stuff that seems abit "out there" in the skeim of things....

anyways thats my 2 cents but i do know i will be using naro messenger wen it comes out :D

well you cant expect there to be no ads at all. all other im programs have them but they are much more intrusive than google text relevant ads. plus google ads might actually turn out to be useful while your typing if want to know where to get something it will probably give you this info. :D i cant wait tbh but im sure the criminals among you will be able to reshack it.

Today

Google announces Google IM, Google Phone, Google Laptop.

2 years later

Google IM, Google Phone, Google Laptop are still Beta.

Other than that I'm eager to see what they are out to offer. Also phone sounds like fun, but I would rather stick to Windows Mobile, thank you very much.
