Ok so I have a picture for you guys to toy with, i want to pull a prank on a friend which involves his car...but really i'm using mine...The picture is this

So what someone could do is move the MPH around so it looks like the the car is really d

oing like 100+ i cant figure out how to do this. It has to look as real as possible because his car is the same as mine so as long as it looks like its going faster then it is that be good.
