The Palm, Dubai Waterfront, The World, etc. A lot of people will want to visit those place when they are finished. And if people wan top go stay in this new hotel, big deal. What's your problem? Dubai, and now Abu Dhabi, can pull in more tourists than the rest of Gulf countries, coming from someone who's lived in both of these cities. KoL is right, Dubai has come a long, long way in the last 2 decades, more so in the last 10 years.
