you mean it didn't void warranty flashing a custom rom? what company do you go through? sprint and others here int he US would of charged us to death. just unlocking the phone voids warranty.

my iphone 3gs is jailbroken and i have 3.0 on it. how do i get that weather screen on my lockscreen or what is that called. i have gruppled installed but it doesn't do anything. not sure if its supposed to show up under winterboard but its not.. help

I highly suggest you read the macthemes2.net thread. I know it's long (over 90 pages) but most of the questions have already been answered if you look.

Anyway, to start, you need a jailbroken iPhone with Winterboard installed. And you need to know how to SSH into your phone.
