Just picked up an iPhone 4 yesterday and after a night of getting everything from my 3GS onto it and getting my theme back up and running and porting it to support Retina and using better quality icons (Mostly still a few non hd icons for some of my apps).

But i've gotten it back to a point where my 3GS was looking:

My latest layout on my HTC Desire.

The 3 homescreens are separated to controls, most used and calendar+app folders.

Turned off the text labels in LauncherPro and found that it feels less cluttered and more minimal.

Bought it a week or so ago and I've been loving it ever since.

Got 3 more home screens setup but they're not that interesting :p A home screen with the Agenda widget, one with 6 folders and a "control panel" home screen with switches for sound off, shake, 3G off, etc.
