Samsung Galaxy S2 (has a low resolution of 480 x 800) running Android 2.3.4.

Launcher is "Go Launcher EX" (free).

Dock icons are "Classic Blue v1.0" theme for Go Launcher EX (free).

Calendar is "Go Calendar Widget" with "Cool Blue Theme for Go Launcher EX" (about 50p)

Clock is "Glow Clock Widget" (about 50p)

Lockscreen is "Widget Locker" with an Ice Cream Sandwich style unlock slider. (£2 or something like that)

Wallpaper is "Blue Honeycomb" from the app "Zedge"
