I like to keep it simple (using the ultra light Zeam launcher).

A little re-arrangement. My main home screen using Apex Launcher with notification bar and dock hidden. 10x5 grid setting using missed it widget for notifications. Swipe up for app draw and down for notification bar. Icon set is ICS Plates EX.
