okay so i have this pic with a mouse over effect which as shown but includes file to go with it but what i want to know is there a way to just make it as a BMP because i want to change the old windows xp logon screen with this with the mouse over also. so if there is anyway that this can be done please help me and im not talking aboutthe new windows xp logon screen where it shows all the account i mean the one where u type the acount name and password the non fast user switching one thanks for your help guys
