It's a logon for Logonstudio and it's called Desert Deelight. It's nothing really special but it is a fun thing grace your computers with this light and cartoonish-sort-of logon. Originally thought to be named Deserted Vista, i decided against it for the obvious reason that some people can't stomach another logon named such.
