HelgenX
I don't know, this just leads me to believe and know that the 360 is a powerhouse of a system. I personally wouldn't have bought it the same day... why can't people just wait? Do you really need to have it like right when it comes out and wait in line? That's so pathetic, I'd rather wait a couple months too so price could go down, I don't care if I'm rich, I'd rather spend less for the system and be able to get more games with it at the same time. And another thing, forums containing console related topics, especially from Microsoft have the most whineyest little bitches ever, "MICROFOSOT SUXKS LOLOL!11111!!" "360 PS3 WILL PWsNERS IT!!11ONE" Where is the maturity?
blowMeNeo
you pay over $400 and you have to put up with this crap...its not worth it. 586854534 What do you expect from Microsoft. If it didn't need fixed or patched within a week, it wouldn't be a genuine Microsoft product.

If you buy PGR3 right now, there are bound to be a ton of people on Live playing. If you wait 6 months, what are the chances that it's going to still be as populated? Sure you get a great single player game, but one of the best parts of that game is the Live experience which you will greatly miss out on when people start moving on to other games. Xbox Live for launch games are the only reason worth getting the system at launch (that, and to have the latest and greatest tech.), but otherwise I do think it's best to wait for at least the second console revision. MEMO.INC
Well According to a Kotaku Survey 25% of the x360 are crashing or having problems, now they are saying this could be a software problem an MS will quickly solve it issuing a patch from Live.Kotaku: Do 25 % of 360s Crash? My god, 25% is lot's of systems, I really hope this is software related so it can be fixed quickly, I had a chance of getting a 360 thank god I waited (I am buying a huge SATA HD +Sata PCI card instead :D), Maybe I'll get if in january, I hope all problems will be solved by then

And don't forget, there's many other games coming out, not any that I can name at the top of my head, but that will be on Live, and will rock. My post was mainly to state out that I wish people would stop complaining about the system already, I bet it's a lot of Sony fanboys, well to them, I havbe a PS2, and I enjoy it much, so I'm not plainly dissing them, but I wish they would chill the hell out! 360 is a monster of a system, and will incorporate every system and hardware; mobile and home into it, and is not even really trying to be in competition, it's trying to just make gamers, and casual players alike enjoy the future of gaming and multimedia, that's why it has its problems now, because they are trying to make something revolutionary... it just will take some time! They released it quick so they can make people enjoy their lives a little more, and all everyone is doing is complaing because it has SOME flaws... just be patient, and I'm sure you will have one of the greatest gaming and multimedia experiences ever! Liquid
SOLUTION TO MOST OF THE PROBLEMS: First, move your Xbox 360's powersupply into an open space, well ventilated. Keep it off carpet if possible. Make sure it is standing on its feet, no on the side, or upside down. People seem to want to hide the powersupply so they shove it in a crampped spot, sideways, with very little ventilation causing it to overheat. When it overheats, it tells the xbox 360 to hault. icecaveman
Well According to a Kotaku Survey 25% of the x360 are crashing or having problems586862954 First of all it tells you NOTHING. People with "broken" consoles would look around everywhere on the web, post about their problem and post on such pointless surveys as that one. Most people who have working consoles won't bother signing on to a support forum to vote at a point-less survey. Don't to forget all the anti-Microsoft people and all the Sony fanboys who would vote just to make it look bad.
ahhell
That survey is nothing more than FUD. You should have to register your x360 in order to particate in it...otherwise it is NOT accurate at all. Personally, I would like to know the how people are ACTUALLY having issues. If the number of problems is huge, then I will hold off buying one for myself. I find it amazing how many people are ****ting on the 360. Microsoft doesn't make ****ty hardware. I've found their stuff is way more reliable then the competition. I've been using the same $20 MS keyboard for about 4 years and it still works fine (I beat the hell out it too). I got an orginal xbox on day 1, 4 years ago and it still works great (it's left on all the time now...XBMC rules). I'm ****ed off as much as the next guy that there were so few 360s available. I'd have one right now if I could get my hands on it.

justsolace
Hey I just read on one site that a guy went out with 5 friends and they bought six x360's. 1 month later of those six only three might be wroking(he doesn't know because he hasn't seen them since his fraked up) I bought one 3 days ago at wal mart. It Crashed. (E:79) just exchanged it for another premium system, yeah it just crashed! (E:79!!!) WTF!! I"m not anti microsoft I'm pretty pro micro I just wish they would get their sh*t together before taking my money, Between this and my reserved Halo 2's that's 600 bucks they took that was not theirs forlike another six months. Now they tell me on the support center I have to ship it to them and then they will ship me another one. "customer satisfaction is our main priority" srry but I'm starting to think this is male cow fecies! I have five friends with x360's myself. two of them have one that works. niether of those are premiums. with all this feed back on all of these boards... how can ANYONE say the problem is isolated???? you have to be pretty close minded or just after ppls money, or maybe the right ppl put money in your pocket to say that. when Bungie gave musicians free coppies of Halo2 1 yr after I paid for my copy and 1 month before I got mine, I stayed supportive. When I had to wait another month for the other coppies I reserved I was patient. but this. $400!?! of my hard earned cash. this is a slap in the face to everyone who stayed with xbox. even the ppl with working x360's should be ****ed. why??? if you were in a line... you were only 30 seconds from being me. think about it. keep telling everyone else with the problem to shut the f*ck up. then sit down play yours and be happy you can. the working system is the minority, not the E:79's. Two in a row, come on.
