Although they might be based on some of the same principles (but I don't think so), the coding is entirely seperate. It *shouldn't* slow anything down. Maybe not "faster", but maybe. It really depends on your setup, and how things are running now. Marduk Posted November 29, 2005 Share Posted November 29, 2005 damn now this sounds interesting, I'm almost tempted to try it out again, maybe if its got really easy unistall I might, the last time I had it was back in 4.3 days and when I got rid of it, it raped my appearance tab in the display properties that I couldn't swtich cleartype on or off ever after till I formated, crap like that makes you REALLY weary of retrying stuff.
