The enhanced version is required to support per-pixel frames for downloaded skins. As the latter portion was right, KoL's VistaXP isn't in there. WindowBlinds 4.0 was released 8 April 2003, so I think people who bought it then have had a pretty good deal . . . It *shouldn't* slow anything down. Maybe not "faster", but maybe.
