I don't remember the very first as I was very, very young... But I think it was Reader Rabbit in dos around the age of 3. Some of my favorites from the good ole' days were Prince of Persia, Wolfenstein, and all the little apogee games :)

Some Ghostbusters game on my sisters boyfriends computer. It was was on 5.25 floppies and I remember the Ghostbusters car going across a map. After that some spelling game where you had to type the word out so a hot air balloon could stay in the air.

At school, before I got into computers, Oregon Trail. Which I still play to this day and I'm 26

When I got my own PC back in 1997. Hard to remember, but I'm pretty sure it was G-Nome because it came with it.

On the consoles it was Duck Hunt

Oregon Trail was the coolest game ever. It still makes me angry knowing that no matter how many animals I slaughter for food, I can only carry back 200lbs.

I completely agree nothing comes close to Oregon Trail

Hrm, the first game I remember playing on a computer we owned was this maze game, I think it might have come with prodigy internet service, but basically you led your dude through a 3d maze, me and my dad played that a lot. I did play a lot of Number Munchers and Oregon Trail at school. Ah the good old days.

The real first game I played on MY computer was descent or cyberia. The first game I played was on an old tandy computer where you had to trim space off in a rectangle without allowing the ball(s) to hit the line as it's moving. If anyone remembers the name of the game im talking about let me know. :)

I think it was called "Qix"

Commander Keen. That is still an awesome game! It came with Duke Nukem too.

I used to play Quake II on the computers in School, but i can't remember all of the the games I played on my first PC (the ones that came included - mostly garbage)...but one of them was definetly Bladerunner, which turns out is one of THE best games i've ever played.

Shortly after was Half-life, which WAS the best game i've ever played
