Deth Posted December 2, 2005 Share Posted December 2, 2005 For some reason version of Diskkeeper past 7 have rubbed me the wrong way, and for the life of me I don't remember why ;) As such, I've been very happy with PerfectDisk since version 6, and barring any earthshaking performance upgrade (and not a paper one with UberHyperFastDiskerator 8000 that has no realworld impact) I'll stick with it. This bit seems interesting: If I recall correctly, PD's SmartPlacement reorganizes files by access date timestamps, but I could be wrong. I sure hope this update would be worth it.
