Forget that non-sense of figuring out the command line and what dll file..here is a free program for future registration/un-registrations.

Graphical Interface to RegSvr32

Author: Igor

Category: Registry

Type: Applications

Difficulty: Intermediate

Version Compatibility: Visual Basic 5 Visual Basic 6

More information: This program allows to register/unregister DLLs using RegSvr32 tool which is included with Windows. This program is very easy even for beginners. Additionally, it shows a way to find windows\system directory location properly. A handy utility that will help you avoid the inconvenience of running regsvr32 from the start menu all the time.

Paste the following into the Run dialog box:

"regsvr32 /u "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\Lib\MediaLibraryNSE.dll"

Explore 'My Computer' and Scout has gone.

Because the associated Registry Entries get removed by the regsvrc32 comand too, so the system doesnt search for a nonexistant file. after doin' this, you should run a registry cleaner, it will find much obsolete entries!

alright thanks for clearing that up for me
