cdoggwsu
Im so sick of answering this. No matter how much RAM you have, Windows still requires a Page File. Don't believe me? Google it. Turn on the Page File at all times, even with unlimited RAM. Absolutely, it's amazing how many people mistake the purpose of Virtual Memory. The biggest performance hit isn't with the page file itself, it's the constant resizing of the page file. The best practice is to set a fixed page file size (Initial = Maximum). I usually meet halfway in the middle and set it to 2 x RAM, that seems to be the best compromise.
