rav0 Posted January 30, 2006 Share Posted January 30, 2006 (edited) Check out this picture. It's a mockup of the boot screen displayed two ways. On top is how it looks normally. On bottom is the way digitalsoft, and I, probably with many others, want it to look. It only appears like this when you reboot just after installing Service Pack 2. I think that it also appears like this on the first boot after installing Windows, but I'm not sure (and not prpared to test it). PS anybody know how to get rid of this thumbnail below? CannotResolveSymbol Posted February 2, 2006 Share Posted February 2, 2006 Well, that would involve magically changing the screen resolution when XP boots... good luck with that. If you're using an LCD screen, you could set the monitor so it doesn't stretch low resolutions.
