EDIT: That probably wasn't all that usefull really was it, sorry! RebelFX
Mozilla Suite. My brother is still playing with a crappy PIII 700 Mhz and 256 MB RAM and Mozilla Suite is way faster than other browsers since it's not a resource hog. Otherwise, check out Maxthon. I have an old computer in the other room that is a 334mhz and it runs normal firefox with some plugins fine. He didn't use any extension or theme with FF and yet surfing was sometimes slow as hell. It took years to load some websites. Now all the problems are gone. ;) BTW, I forgot to mention that the PC has Win ME installed. Anyway user what you want, you should be fine with anything. Toxicfume Veteran Posted January 30, 2006 Veteran Share Posted January 30, 2006 I would most definitely say Opera. Opera is known to be blazingly responsive on any system compared to any of it's comptetions and will most definitely run fastest especially on older systems. And definitely NOT firefox, it's going to be way too slow compared to Opera on a system like that. With Opera you won't feel you're using a slow system.
