Well...give or take up to a week after the release date to get it, I've only had my 360 since xmas 06 so I'm not sure if the update is readily available to everyone on the day of release. You need to launch a game for it to update, and theres another way as well.. I think signing in and out, but not sure. And it won't be out for another...2-3 hours? 11pm AEST = 9am.. but I think it came out at about 7am-8am their time.. which makes sense, when Xbox Live people arrive for work. what Posted May 7, 2007 Share Posted May 7, 2007 The Xbox.com forum is full of people saying it will be released tomorrow (Major Nelson said there was still no definite date in his podcast, and someone phoned Xbox Support and the rep there said May 8th at no specific time), so don't sit there anxiously waiting for it.
