I've tried Calibri by using WindowBlinds to change but it seems too small to be it. Then I increase the size by 10% and it is it too big. The wall is Blurred Lights The "thing bottom left" are an Avedesk desklets and a systats weather config using tab-style icons I came up to try to (somewhat) match the theme and the avetunes display.
