Help me photoshop long hair to short

My sisters friends are dieing to see what they look like with short hair. I was wondering if you could photoshop them for me. I am crap at making their skin look natural :no: . If you could do one, that's great. I remember someone else ask this so I thought it would be ok. Thanks :D

give him a break... at least he cloned the skin back in :p i've seen 'photoshop' jobs where theres just a single-color area where someone grabbed a color and painted :blink:
