If it's anything like the others they limit free calls to 1 minute and you have to buy like 5 euro worth of credit to get free calls. Try testing these sites: http://www.countryhawk.com/products/chawk/ (mine appears above as Your Country: United States (US)) http://www.ip2location.com/ (shows as USA) hmm that could be it.. It doesn't show as US.. Still if PR is included it should work anyways. Probably is an ip issue that is affecting a lot of US isp's as well. What is you isp If I may ask? If i was paying for the service i migt be a bit upset. but to be quite frank i am in awe of their customer service :woot: . their replies have been recieved in the shortest ammount of time I have ever experienced and i'll say again, im not paying a penny. Its a bit crap that its not working, but at least, on the surface they seem to want to keep up the customer relations. I'll post back when i hear something :yes: I agree, their Tech support seems fantastic, especially considering how overwhelmed with all the calls and emails they must be getting. The CS rep said that they are also having problems with the ISP's themselves, trying to limit VOIP for bandwidth reasons. If it still isnt working, i would encourage you to email their tech support. less than 12 hours later, and its fixed. Yay, I just called my GF, who is in LA for the week, for free. YAY! However, if this promotion works for them, I wouldn't be surprised to see it happen down the road. I'm guessing that you're using Adelphia/Onelink? I'm on DMAX. I guess I'll try a proxy. Side note: I think I remember seeing you on dsl libre.
