@Yazoo

why doesnt the second phone set have a head set?

Its known as a Turret. The headset is behind and to the left the phone, out of the picture.

It's like peachey said I can use it to take calls and listen in on calls and playback recorded calls and other things that I can't talk about.

Yeah they rock, you should get one. Nice size, good cooling inside and they leave lots of workspace free for you to use for other things. :)

While I'm at home, it looks like this

Different when I'm at college.

I built my own computer about 2 years ago, with a Samsung 17" LCD, and Logitech 5.1 speakers. The Laptop is a Dell Inspiron 6000 (mainly just used for school work when I don't want to be in my room). Logitech wireless keyboard/mouse, and a Microsoft wireless USB mouse for the laptop. iPod mini. And a really excellent headset (surprisingly great considering it was like $15). Oh, and they're taken with an HP Photosmart digital camera.

Thanks, yes, the newer XPS models are greta, Dell has regained my confidence after several years of avoiding them. The desk is from Ikea, the tower stand is sepearte and I think I found it at Office Max (was an accessory for another desk).

nice, wallpaper

It is called no_more_rain, someone in the desktop thread here linked me to it on Deviantart.com, but my link is dead and a search on DA (not the greatest search anyways) didn't lead me to it. I'll see if I can dig it up but Google and Live have been little help on this one.

I am loving those large Dell LCD screens.

However the 2407WFP is ?821.33> from their site:((

Does anyone know someone who works for Dell who can get me a discount?:blush::

Mate, I just bought myself a 24" Dell Widescreen. It cost me just over a $1000AU. In all honesty it's been the best money I've spent on computer hardware.

I've read reviews on the Dell monitors but you can never really tell how good it is untill you've plugged it in.

Trust me you really need to get one!

True. I never realized how bad my laptop's LCD was until I plugged in my Dell LCD. And all the more insentive to buy one now that they are shipping the new firmware units. Just got mine the other day, and the banding is almost 100% fixed. However, it is only the 20". No matter how good your hardware is... someone on here makes you feel like you should've got something better. :D
