It's not how it use to be in 7.5, I know many who hate this in the current build of wlm8. I hope this changes but I doubt it. Also about the Yahoo being implemented into MSN, it's not likely to be in 8.0 if its going to be released next week, more like 8.1/8.5 which ever route they take on that. IF it does get released with Yahoo next week the developers won't be sleeping till then.. lol There's a lot of issues with Yahoo implemented into MSN right now apprently. That's a feature I liked in 7.5 (not considering half the time I'd have to manually click on everyone's contact card to force the DPs to load). Stuff like this makes me kinda wonder whom the Messenger team really listens to. Which smart ass came up with the idea of winks and paid packs anyway?
