I can't believe I forgot to mention this in Connect while Feedback was active. It's just that we were locking down the stability of our v8 client, and this presented a risk...we could potentially break some scenarios when we still need to close all windows. As we approached our ship date, we were only taking "broken functionality" bugs, and this issue was classified as more of an "annoyance" bug. We just want to make sure we change the behavior the right way, and not break something else in the process. Stay tuned... This really annoys me that this is done, where your application is over riding my user preferences just to use your installed browser. I would really appreciate if somebody can put this as a suggestion. Why is it that Windows Live Messenger uses Internet Explorer for all it's links yet I have FireFox installed as my default browser?
