ObiWanToby
Has it ever been possible to install this without any of the extra features. Like nero scout. I have only tried the tirial, and that as a long time ago. Thanks! »X«
I love Nero. If you use it right, it works. I agree I only use Burning ROM but the other functions are pretty handy. leesmithg
I hope they have sorted out the bug I posted to them. When you select a burning device it still tries to burn to a different drive. I select my cd rom drive to burn to and it still tries and burns to DvD rom drive. Doesn't matter how many times I change it in settings. djesteban
hmmm.... anyone can tell me if they fixed the skipping audio bug that they had with the burning engine? Man I so hope that their next major version will be called something like nero 8 unbloated version. One of the poster was right bove... nero as kind of became the new roxio. very sad if I see that in their next major itteration they don't offer a separate burning only package, I may switch to discjuggler or something similar. also is asahmpoo good? MrBear5587
Still using 6.6.1.4 here - after trying the initial terrible release of 7 - there was some problem with it constantly registering itself to play audio files. Nero 7's been updated quite a few times since then, can anyone comment on the quality of it now? Or is 6.6.1.4 still the better option? TIA. phot0nic
Nero 7 had a really bumpy initial release, but it's great now. I don't understand why all of you contain about bloat. I mean, there's a custom installation option for a reason.. jeez.. L3thal Veteran Posted June 23, 2006 Veteran Share Posted June 23, 2006 I may give Nero 7 a run again, but I am hesitant.
