I wonder if any of you guys can help me. This is something I have never come accross before.
Ok, so somebody asked me about which piece of software to buy for things like backing up, dublicating and other things. I advised Nero as this has always been the best in my books. They also wanted a second drive fitting to copy from (a source drive). This was fine, got a nice Sony one off eBay and went around to fit it. Got it all fitted and tested it by playing a DVD and getting some files of a CD which both worked fine.
Next, I went to install Nero. Installed it fine but when I came to copy, it didn't show the drive I had just fitted in the list of drives to copy from (see nero.jpg. Also notice device_manager.jpg to prove the drive actually is detected). I looked through every setting Nero has and couldn't work it out. I then contacted Nero and replied to a few of their emails. They were not very helpful so, thought I would post this to you guys see if you can work it out.
