CloudEngineer
i'm trying to copy files over the "usb" connection to my psp. i've got a 32mb card, thats been freshly formatted via the psp so i know space is not an issue. Once I've plugged in the usb cable to the psp it detects the psp and puts a "psp" icon on the desktop and loads rhthmbox for some reason  anyway, once i navigate to PSP/GAMES folder i created an UPDATE folder and dragged in the new version of the system software i downloaded. at this stage i close the usb connection and relize nothing was written to the memory stick. connecting the usb again shows that the file and new folder doesn't exist. now i cbf booting to windows just to do this so can anyone help out? Dessimat0r
Sounds like the filesystem is not being synced. As a workaround, you can probably type 'sync' in the shell to make sure that the filesystem is up to date on the psp memory card.

h3xis
sync seems to do the job, cheers i think i might have to file a bug report to get this fixed :) That's not really a bug. It's kind of up to the user to tell it to sync or not.
