Vquattro
I have the following AutoPatcher packs, do I need all of them or can I omit some. AutoPatcher_XP_Dec05_ENU_Lite.exe AutoPatcher_XP_Jan06_ENU_Update.exe AutoPatcher_XP_Feb2006_Lite_Update.exe AutoPatcher_XP_Mar06_ENU_Update.exe AutoPatcher_XP_Apr06_ENU_Update.exe AutoPatcher_XP_May06_ENU_Update.exe AutoPatcher_XP_Jun06_ENU_Update.exe AutoPatcher_XP_Jul06_ENU_Update.exe Which of these can I combine to make a full/lite AutoPatcher pack? Thanks.
+M2Ys4U Subscriber¹ Posted August 14, 2006 Subscriber¹ Share Posted August 14, 2006 (edited) extract them all & the August update file and you'll have the equivilent of an up-to-date Lite package, more or less. Also, do you guys want me to whack the update files on the torrent tracker as well as the full/lite files? Ok, I've uploaded the update torrents for all 3 OSes now, happy torrenting. (and please seed the lite/update releases if you can) Edited August 14, 2006 by M2Ys4U

Thanks. Vquattro, as far as I'm aware, if you download the August Full Version, you can get rid of the lot. This is because the Full releases come with all of the updates since SP2. I think that a full release every 4 months or so like we have had is a good idea. At least you don't have to keep messing with loads of releases. apul
@apul, you can use the august release this month and then next month you can either download the september update release or you can use windows update. if you start using windows update again and come back to autopatcher in the future, download the latest full/lite release and all the updates after it and just carry on. note that you need to delete older copies of autopatcher when installing new full/lite releases but not update releases. Thanks, understood. If I use in a first time AutoPatcher Full, I can use WindowsUpdate for the next updates. Ultimate. :) > Yes you can >No ! > It is your choice :), You can use both Thanks to you.
