ph_bradley
i would be ecstatic if Outlook 2007 B2TR allowed you to create incoming mail rules based on the sender's categorisation in your contacts list Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/495613-office-2007-beta-2-technical-refresh-tomorrow/page/2/#findComment-587883120 Share on other sites

lecter
According to the release notes on the download page, this is actually a patch...it requires Beta 2 to be installed. That is unless you were willing to have a public contact book :p Chris well, i know it might be difficult/CPU-intensive to check what category you've classed the sender in (assuming he's already in your contacts), but i'm sure it *could* happen. Either that, or they need to make distribution lists more dynamic. Frankly I find DLs very tiresome and rubbish to use Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/495613-office-2007-beta-2-technical-refresh-tomorrow/page/2/#findComment-587883172 Share on other sites
