Duo processor which has Mirosoft's Windows XP operating system installed as it's native operating system, the only way to achieve dual boot capability between Mac OSX10 and Windows XP is through a pirated and patched OSX10 install DVD. Wrong. If you want to legally dual boot, you don't buy a whitebox PC. You buy an Apple and install XP onto it.no company wants to promote piracy. simple as chum!Really? Microsoft seems to have supported it with a $1 deal in the past. And a Harvard Business School analysis states thatWe also show that it is not all bad news to Microsoft. We also look at the effect of piracy and ask whether piracy can ever be beneficial to Microsoft. This extension was motivated by analyzing data on a cross-section of countries on Linux penetration and piracy rates. We found that in countries where piracy is highest, Linux has the lowest penetration rate. The model shows that Microsoft can use piracy as an effective tool to price discriminate, and that piracy may even result in higher profits to Microsoft! I would say that piracy of Windows and Office promotes the use of their unique file/media formats, and can be used to Microsoft's advantage.
